Castillo De Monseran inaugural gold medal. This wine comes from Carinena, in the heart of the region of Aragon. The vineyards are located in the higher mountains providing a cooler climate, ideal for the development of fruit flavours. The grapes were shortly macerated and then cool fermented to make a soft full flavoured wine with intense colour and well balanced fruity finish. To be drunk with all meat dishes or slightly chilled with any starter.
